A fascinating tour through some of the rooms in the west wing of Villa Mazzucchelli is a return to the cultural atmosphere typical of life in a villa in the 18th and 19th centuries

Clothes,accessories, hats, hand-kerchiefs, umbrellas, fans, gloves, trinkets, lingerie and household linen, church vestments, house-hold implements, children’s clothes and fashion plates make up the wide-ranging collection of this museum

In the outhouses to the west wing of the villa there is a display tools and other objects used for vine-growing, making wine and also for wine-tasting and drinking including an amazing collection of corkscrews

The works from the private collection of Giuseppe Alessandra, date from the thirteenth century and are by some of the most important Renaissance painters from the Lombardy-Veneto area
