privacy statement		Article 13 of the law of 30th July 2003, no. 196 regarding the "Personal Data Protection Code", makes it obligatory to inform the interested party about the various elements of the processing, required for general authorisations. Therefore the Giacomini Meo Fiorot ONLUS Foundation via Mazzucchelli, 2 25080 Ciliverghe (BS) conforms to this requirement. The purpose of the processing The purposes of the processing regard: - Management of the personal data of clients, suppliers and collaborators - Administrative management of the clientele, administration of contracts, orders, shipments and invoices - Sending of advertising material - Fulfilment of fiscal and accounting requirements - Fulfilment of contractual obligations - Management of legal cases, failure to fulfil contracts, notice, transactions, recovery of credit, arbitration, judicial proceedings - checking of client's reliability and solvency; drawing up of annual reports regarding clients and suppliers Processing Methods We process data manually or by means of computers and telecommunications in order to guarantee that processing of your data is protected, as well as in full observance of the Law and of the minimum security measures foreseen by the Code and by the laws in force; we may ask you directly for the data or acquire it from public registers, lists, deeds or documents which are publicly available. Ways of supplying data The method of supplying personal data may be obligatory, if laws, regulations or EC regulations so require; the consequences of refusing processing of one's personal data is that it is impossible for us to fulfil our contractual obligations. Circulation and communication of data The data above will not be circulated, but may be communicated, only for the purposes stated above, to the following categories: appointed persons nominated by the Foundation public bodies and government; banks and credit institutes; insurance companies; external professionals, companies and/or associations which supply services and/or advice; judicial authorities; other subjects foreseen by articles 10 and 13 bis of D.P.R. 22 December 1986, no. 917, and subsequent modifications and/or additions (e.g. NGOs, foundations etc.); companies issuing services. The rights of the interested parties are those foreseen by article 13 of the Law and in particular you will be able to: know, at any time, what data has been acquired and how it is used; update it, add to it, rectify it or cancel it, ask for it to be blocked and oppose it being processed; opposition to processing makes it impossible for us to fulfil our contractual obligations and the Foundation must be informed in writing sent by fax to number +39-030-2120603. The holder of the processing is the Fondazione Giacomini Meo Fiorot ONLUS whose office is in via G.M. Mazzuccelli, 2 25080 Ciliverghe (BS).
